LUMA Hotel Times Square

Ground-up project located on 41st Street between Broadway and Avenue. Completed in 2017.

Hilton Washington DC National Mall The Wharf

Formally known as L'Enfant DC hotel.
Renovation project located atop the L'Enfant Plaza Metro Station, on the top four floors of a 12 story mixed-use building. Completed in 2019.
